If I could pick only one way to fix pork chops, these Parmesan Crusted Baked Pork Chops would be it! They are so tasty and take only minutes to prepare. The crispy crust on these is bursting with flavor! If I can avoid it, I would much rather bake foods over frying them without compromising flavor. There is three layers of flavor that contribute to the tastiness of these pork chops. The flour seasoned mixture, the egg and Worcestershire sauce mixture and the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese mixture. I use bone-in pork chops, however boneless would work too (baking time may need to be decreased). I bake them directly on a baking sheet, but they could be baked on a wire rack placed on a baking sheet if you want the bottom extra crispy. As I always recommend, use your own bread crumbs if possible.
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 4 pork chops
- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. In another bowl combine egg and Worcestershire sauce. In another bowl combine bread crumbs and Parmesan Cheese.
- Starting with the flour mixture, coat each pork chop on all sides. Next dip each side of the pork chop in egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until center of pork chops are cooked.
