French Dip Sandwiches

French Dip Sandwiches

French Dip Sandwiches hold a special place in my heart.  I just love the flavor and dipping the sandwich in the rich au jus.  I have made many different variations of this sandwich, most of which included canned or processed this or that.  I wanted to a recipe that came from using non processed low salt foods.  I found a recipe and revamped it to my style.  Slow cooking the roast in this rich and flavorful broth creates the most tender flavor packed meat possible.  I like to add a slice of Swiss cheese to the top of my sandwiches as it add just the right punch of flavor.  If you have leftover sandwiches, wrap them up in foil and store them in the freezer.  I am telling you, this is the best tasting French Dip recipe out there!!
